Who we are
Data Migration is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@2h2.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company and message, to reply to you.
- Accounts: your name, email and plan details, to provide the service and billing.
- Usage: counts of rows, AI requests and credits, to apply your plan limits.
- Website chat: the questions you type, sent to our AI provider to answer them.
Your Dataverse data
MDPM runs in your browser and connects directly to your Microsoft environment with your own sign-in. Records you move are not sent to us, except snapshots kept for rollback when you use “Do it for me” with server history. When you use AI features, the text you send to them is processed by our AI provider to produce an answer.
How long we keep it
Contact messages: up to 24 months. Usage logs: 90 days by default. Account data: while your account is open and as required by law afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@2h2.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
